What we ask of you
Every ALL IN employee needs a current, valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to get to job sites. Our crews are background checked, so be ready for one in line with local law.
Day to day, we hold ourselves to six values: communication, professionalism, quality, ownership, growth and financial stability. On a job site that looks like showing up on time, keeping the house neat, and owning the details from the first coat to the final walkthrough.
Why people stay
Luke Reynolds started ALL IN Painting in January 2016 with a minivan, an extension ladder and one painter. In 2018 we set out to build a career-focused company, with better systems and real training both on the job and off it. Luke wants to change how people see the painting trade, and he builds careers for people who want to start in the trades right out of high school. Building leaders is the part of the job he is proudest of.
